K1050 high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE)

Capillary electrophoresis (CE) (or high performance CE, HPCE) is a new kind of liquid-phase separation technique based on a capillary as separation channel and a high-voltage DC power supply as driving force. It’s another important advance in the analytical science after HPLC, leading the analytical science from microlitre level to nanolitre level. It made it possible to analyze the single cell, even single molecular, and provided a new thought of analyzing of biological big molecular which have puzzled us for a long time. It has been widely applied to analyze the organic compound, inorganic ions, neutral molecular, chiral compound, protein and polypeptide, DNA and segments.
